Charles Ajayi-Khiran is one of the leading Black professional speakers in Europe. He has had the good fortune to work with countless individuals from all races and cultures, and has been able to help them improve their personal, spiritual, and professional lives, through high impact speaking, training and coaching materials and events.

His life's passion is people and he coaches on the intrinsic value of personal effectiveness through leadership and motivation.

Charles has personally consulted with over 400 senior executives, from high flying MBA's to CEO's, investing over 6000 hours on a one on one consultative basis, providing expert advice on their career marketing and advancement strategies, over a 5-year period.

His previous roles and immense people development experience, for over 15 years, enables Charles to understand firsthand the expediency of transforming followers into leaders from his own practical business experience. Charles is widely travelled, and he connects very quickly with people from all diverse and cultural backgrounds. He writes regularly for magazines and newspapers on success and leadership issues, he has also appeared many times on television and his chief ambition is to help black professionals and businesses assume their rightful positions in a vibrant and dynamic economy through their dedication and commitment to personal and service excellence.

Charles is a member of Toastmasters speakers club, he is a committed Christian and an active member of his church. He lives with his wife and two children in London.
