The Ndinadsawapanga Award will recognise the most inspiring, spiritually uplifting and thought-provoking films of the festival.

The winning film will be chosen based on artistic merit, the uniqueness of the story or cinematic approach used and the ability of the film to inspire ordinary people to take action. The prize is a share of the profits from the festival to a charity nominated by the winning filmmakers.

You may not go away empty-handed either. At the closing gala, there will be t-shirt or dvd giveaways to five people who can answer one of five simple questions based on the films in the festival. Would you be one of them?
