Victoria Laurence

 

Victoria Laurence is a presenter and News Editor for Premier Christian Radio and Premier.TV.

 

Vicky began her journalism career in 1998 at The Watford Observer where she worked as a district reporter for both its broadsheet and tabloid papers and as a features editor for its associated magazine.

 

Vicky started at Premier Media Group in 2001 as a broadcast journalist before transforming the newsroom and progressing quickly to News Editor in 2004. Vicky now manages a small team and is responsible for Premier’s news coverage 12-hours a day, five days a week.

 

During her time at Premier, Vicky has met and interviewed a variety of people including the Archbishop of Canterbury and the star of the Amazing Grace film Ioan Gruffudd, gone to Indonesia to interview persecuted Christians, and also travelled to Sri Lanka where she interviewed those who lost their livelihoods in the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami.
